Job profile as a Duty Manager:
· Planning of Major group arrivals and staff co-ordination/staffing for the smooth operations.
· Effective control of the Concierge activities.
· Suggestive selling to maximize occupancy/Rate and Control position.
· Checking on Red Flag Guests and day-to-day Out standings.
· Strictly follow up with the over Credit Limit Report.
· Achieve and maintain the highest standard of GUEST CARE.
· Achieve the highest potential OCCUPANCY and AVERAGE ROOM RATE
· Ensuring the Service of the Concierge, reception & Welcome Asst perform their duty
as per standard required by the hotel.
· Ensuring that all equipment used in the Front office department is handled
properly, carefully and is kept in a good condition at all times
